Started with removing the linkage
And removing the speedo cable...
Removed the hood
Time to remove the carb.
We actually used grade 8 bolts & washers to mount the carb. plate (not the ones in the pic)
New rear wheel cylinders, turn the drums, bleed brakes & hood…
